Hiatus

By the by, in case you haven't figured it out, Capture the Queen is officially on Hiatus until further notice.

Going good... so far.

I had the weirdest thought today. I bought a Haku (yes from Naruto.. I don't actually like Naruto... except for Haku because...) action figure today, and as I looked at it later I remembered... that reading about That Part made me cry... which hardly ever happens when I read. And the thought came to me... wouldn't it be a glorious thing... to be able to make an audience so involved that they actually cry when they read it?

And so... I will keep on writing. Not for the audience, not for the characters, but for myself. Because I WILL cry when something sad happens to my characters, and so I care about them, and I will finish their story.

So I'm going to try to update Capture the Queen faster during the summer months, before school work brings me down again.

Finally an update

I actually drew a new page of Capture the Queen. All I need to do now is scan it and re-do the lettering.

But the Hiatus is almost over! *gasp*

So, It's been a really long time since my last update... I'm so sorry! But I told myself I'd update after I finished the "anime opening", but I haven't finished it yet! It's taking me a really long time. You can see how it looks so far here.

Character designs

I'm going to post the new character designs up instead of this weeks page, for two main reasons: 1) You peoples kinda need to be warned and I want to hear your thoughts before they're permenant and 2) I tried three times to draw this week's page and can't get it to work. ^^;
